We ship to all countries within Europe.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders below €50: €4.95
  • Orders €50 and above: Free shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 18:00 (CET) are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 or during weekends/public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email to follow your shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 1–3 business days
  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please submit a report within 7 days using our Return Request Form.

Simply provide:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue

Once submitted, our team will review the request and offer a suitable solution promptly.

Please note: Claims made via email or social media will not be processed. Only reports submitted through the Return Request Form will be handled.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • It can be reshipped once additional shipping fees are paid.
